Cancellation Policy
All booking deposits will be credited toward your jewelry purchase. Deposits will only be refundable if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. Any no-show or same day cancellation will also result in a 20% cancellation fee. I understand life is unpredictable & things happen! Please contact me directly in an emergency situation.
